The House;
Our large rambling Victorian farmhouse at Abbots Court provides 9 bedrooms and 7 luxurious bathrooms over three floors.
Sleeping 18 comfortably, it is possible to sleep up to 22 on request. A floor plan is available HERE.
The property also benefits from a dual aspect, South facing sitting room with doors onto the front lawns complete with oversized chesterfield sofas and an open fireplace. A delicious dining room offers unforgettable dinner parties, with our huge table seating up to 24 people.
The Stables:
Our newly renovated Victorian stables offer a setting of rustic beauty for up to 80 seated guests. Guests will enjoy our high ceiling and exposed brick work offering a seperate event space to our manor house.
The Walled Garden pavilion:
The Walled Garden pavilion is able to accommodate 120 seated and 150 standing guests for a private event or wedding and with our on site commercial kitchen and outdoor bar with garden games, our team are able to offer truly bespoke packages to meet your needs.
Dining At Abbots Court
Everyone loves food and dining wise we have you covered.
Abbots Court offers not one but three kitchens and a most delicious dining room to host those unforgettable dinner parties. Our vast dining tables seat 8 to 24 people and the piano tucked behind the door always makes for good after dinner entertainment.
The property is offered on a self catering basis as standard but why not add a chef and a cocktail bar tender to your package? We are happy to arrange all of this on request.
Our main farmhouse kitchen offers a huge sociable space with all mod cons, plus a walk in larder and original AGA. A further kitchen is found on the second floor, to save those tired legs of those in need of a coffee the morning after the night before.
Outside in the outbuildings is out commercial kitchen ready to cater for weddings and larger events.

The Great Outdoors
With your exclusive hire you have the run of the grounds; six acres of mixed lawn, woodland and paddock. Let the kids run free while you enjoy the outdoor wood fired hot-tub with friends.
Or why not accept the challenge of a game of giant Jenga or outdoor table tennis?
Beyond our boundaries you can find the most beautiful of Dorset countryside. Fantastic footpaths and bridleways lead to pastures new, with fields of bright yellow rapeseed and bluebell woods within minutes at certain times of the year.
A little further and you will find the beautiful blue flag beaches of Poole and Sandbanks, the Jurassic coastline, MonkeyWorld and many, many more exciting finds all within a 30 minutes in the car.
